Transportation, arranged for you
Need a ride to an appointment, the pharmacy, or an outing? We arrange safe, door-to-door transportation and handle the details — no app or smartphone needed for your loved one. Available as an add-on to any care plan.
How it works: Just call us → we book a safe, door-to-door ride to your destination → the flat fee is simply added to your bill. A caregiver can ride along if needed.

How do the Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans differ?
Each plan builds on the one before it. Bronze covers everyday non-medical help; Silver adds hands-on personal care and transportation; Gold adds 24/7 availability and specialized memory care. We'll help you pick the right fit during your free consultation.
What are the "additional fees" I might see?
Base rates cover standard daytime care. Extra charges can apply for holidays, overnight hours, last-minute bookings, travel beyond our service area, or specialized care. Anything applicable is always agreed in writing before care begins.
How quickly can care begin?
In most cases within 24 to 48 hours of your consultation. For urgent needs, contact us and we'll do everything we can to help right away.
Are your caregivers insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every caregiver is thoroughly screened, background-checked, trained, and insured before entering a client's home.
Can I change my plan or schedule later?
Absolutely. Your care plan is flexible — just reach out to your care coordinator and we'll adjust your plan, hours, or schedule.
Do you offer care on weekends and holidays?
Yes, seven days a week including holidays, with options up to 24/7 support. Holiday hours may carry a premium rate.
